| 2011-2012 Winter Conditioning Program The DishmanBaseball Winter Conditioning Program will be held at Velocity Sports Performance on 58th and Lexington Ave, 6th floor The first Monday of the program will be on November 28th , 2011 The program will be held on Monday nights, 7:30-9pm, with a second floating night for those who pay for the second day supplement. Cost of the program is $480 That price includes access to 12 sessions, a weekly program to perform at a gym and a Home Program when the gym is not an option. Returning participants who attended all of 2010-2011 workouts and CP Stars players please call to inquire about price. |
